We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After this time, refunds cannot be issued.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (found in your emails).

Items may be returned within the 14-day period, adhering to one of the following criteria: 

- Faulty or damaged item 

- Incorrect order received / placed

- No receipt of a confirmation email 

- Ordered by mistake

- Unwanted item

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@artmeetsculture.com within 14 days of receiving the product. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Art Meets Culture is not responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned goods, we will refund your payment within 5 working days, minus the costs of initial shipping and packing charges. You can always contact us for any return questions at returns@artmeetsculture.com.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately at returns@artmeetsculture.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest/easiest way to ensure your exchange is successful is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card company to process the refund from their side. The length of time it takes for a refund to process can vary but as a general rule should be with you within 5 working days from the time the refund has been approved.
